The Ambassador of Hope Award Honoree is chosen by the Women’s Council of San Diego County for City of Hope and is presented with the award at the annual Summer Wine and Food Festival.
The award is given to a member of the San Diego Community who has brought inspiration and been an example for others in the fight against cancer, diabetes and/or HIV/AIDS. The honoree has demonstrated courage and leadership for San Diego, showing citizens of our community that there is hope. Hope for a cure for the life-threatening diseases affecting our community.
