 Cancellation Policy
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refund requests postmarked on or before August 13, 2008 will receive a full registration refund LESS $50 processing fee.
  • Requests postmarked on or before September 13, 2008 will receive a 50% registration refund LESS $50 processing fee.
  • Refund requests received after September 13, 2008 will not be honored.
  • All refunds will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation by the conferences organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
