Welcome to the City of Hope Microarray Core Facility. The Core provides a broad range of instrumentation and expertise for genome-wide microarray analysis.

Microarray analysis of both DNA and RNA samples are supported, including transcript level expression, Exon level expression, miRNA expression, transcription factor binding, DNA methylation, and histone modification. These supports are provided mainly through arrays manufactured by Affymetrix, Agilent,  Illumina and NimbleGen.
