Experimental Design Consultation
Experimental design is essential for a successful microarray experiment. Suboptimal design will generate meaningless data, wasting your time and money. Before beginning a microarray experiment, please contact Charles Wang, M.D., Ph.D. for advice on experimental design.

Quality and quantity measurements of samples
Both DNA and RNA samples are accepted. The NanoDrop® spectrophotometer will be used for quantifying samples. Both the Nanodrop and the Agilent Bioanalyzer will be used for sample quality assurance and evaluating success of target labeling reactions. NOTE: If samples do not pass QC requirements, the core cannot guarantee the quality of the results as array data is directly linked to the quality of the sample.
