  • One Agilent 6520 Q-TOF mass spectrometer equipped with an Agilent 1200 nanoflow LC system for high through-put proteomic analyses
  • One Agilent 6410 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with an Agilent 1100 nanoflow LC system for fully automated LC/MS/MS analyses for accurate quantitation
  • One Thermo Electron LCQ classic ion-trap spectrometer equipped with an electrospray source
  • One Thermo Electron LCQ Deca ion-trap mass spectrometer modified for vacuum MALDI operation
  • One PE/Sciex prOToF 2000 orthogonal time-of-flight mass spectrometer Sequest(r) and  database search systems for Protein identification running on a 15 node computer cluster
  • Agilent 3100 OFFGEL Fractionator for protein fractionation by isoelectric focusing with in-solution recovery
