Costs for Housing

• Rent includes electricity, water, trash pick-up, housekeeping, landscaping, basic cable and free parking.
• Students may move in the week prior to orientation. Move in times: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Residents supply their own linens (i.e. pillows, bed linens, towels, etc.), kitchen supplies (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, bowls/plates, etc.), personal care items (i.e. soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, etc.), and cleaning supplies.
