Adam Rucker, M.D., went into medicine to fulfill his passions for science and caring for others. He found his calling quickly. “I could not help but see how radiology was near the center of every decision that was made for patients,” he said. “I decided that this was the best place where I could contribute to patient care.”
Dr. Rucker earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He continued his training with an internship at the University of California Irvine, residency at Northwell Health System in Manhasset, New York, and a fellowship at Stanford Hospital and Clinics in Palo Alto, California.
After four years in private practice, Dr. Rucker joined City of Hope hoping to contribute to its “environment that combines top patient care with an inquisitive, research-based practice.”
