How Couples Can Conquer Cancer Together

The physical, mental and emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis can shake the foundation of even the most solid relationship, but by communicating openly, working together as a team and developing a new normal, the experience can actually bring couples closer than ever before.
Patrice and Eric are one such couple. Together, they persevered through Patrice’s battles with cancer and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and are stronger for it.
Here, the happy couple gives us their best strategies for conquering cancer with humor, patience and love.
