Cancer-fighting recipes for the Summer Holidays

Summer holidays are as much about food as they are about basking in warm sunshine. And while we know summer favorites like hot dogs and hamburgers – and cooking methods like grilling and barbequing – can be associated with increased cancer risk, you don’t have to cut them out completely to protect yourself this season. 

While you’re menu-planning, consider trying something new. With minor modifications – like smothering your lightly-grilled meats and fish with blueberries, or adding in pomegranates and mushrooms – you can make great tasting meals with ingredients that may also fight cancer.
