Since the modern era of City of Hope began in the 1970s, we have developed an international reputation for fundamental studies on immunology, receptors, epigenetics, siRNA, DNA repair, signal transduction, metabolism, and other aspects of molecular and cell biology.
Today, City of Hope is a leader in clinical and translational research, most notably in antibody-based therapy, CAR T cell therapy and bone marrow transplant approaches. Over the last 25 years, significant research has also been accomplished in population-based studies.
