Charles Fulp, M.D., is an interventional radiologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Atlanta, where he helps diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of cancer types using advanced technologies and techniques, including Y-90 radioembolization, chemoembolization and thermoablative procedures. A board-certified radiologist with more than 25 years’ experience, Dr. Fulp is dedicated to treating every patient with compassion and respect, offering them emotional support during their cancer journeys.
A North Carolinian, Dr. Fulp completed his education and training at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, earning an undergraduate degree in chemistry, followed by his medical degree. He remained at his alma mater to complete a residency in general surgery, then transitioned to a radiology residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals, where he also served for one year as chief resident.
Dr. Fulp has published his research in multiple leading medical journals and is a member of professional associations, including the Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology and the Society of Interventional Oncology.
