Christopher Parks, M.D.

Christopher Parks, M.D., serves patients at City of Hope® Cancer Center Atlanta. As an Interventional pulmonologist, Dr. Parks works with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose and treat malignant and nonmalignant disorders of the lung and pleura. Dr. Parks offers patients leading-edge interventional technology to diagnose and stage lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases. 

Dr. Parks completed a six-year combined Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degree at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, followed by an internal medicine residency at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then completed two fellowships, pulmonology and interventional pulmonology, at Emory University Hospital School of Medicine. 

Dr. Parks studies innovative technologies for interventional pulmonology, and his research is published in academic journals. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
