HopeSeq Fusions

Fusion genes are an important class of generic alterations implicated in the pathogenesis of solid tumors including lung, glioma, prostate, sarcoma, and thyroid carcinomas.  Testing for relevant fusion gene targets may provide diagnostic and prognostic information, and/or guide selection of the appropriate therapy or clinical trial.

The HopeSeq Fusion Panel, a next generation sequencing assays, is designed to detect fusions in the genes listed below with any potential partnering.
