Welcome to the BECKMAN BULLETIN!  Congratulations are extended to Stacey Sparkes, laboratory technician in Shared Resources, for winning the contest to name the previously titled “Research Newsletter.” Thank you to all employees who sent in their creative suggestions.

This relaunch of the research newsletter will continue to feature the many talented investigators and trainees in the Beckman Research Institute at City of Hope and the outstanding research core facilities. In addition, the accomplishments of faculty, grant opportunities, and upcoming scientific events will be highlighted. The goal of the newsletter is to create awareness and recognition of all that our campus has to offer in terms of talent and facilities and foster new dialogue and collaborations among our community of investigators.
