It was a fantastic learning opportunity to present to executive leadership and gain their insight into the factors that matter most when developing a new service line.

This was a huge responsibility that taught me a lot about organizational agility and the capital expense authorization process in general.

This provides information that allows us to quickly respond to issues in order to improve the patient’s stay at City of Hope and drive HCAHPS scores.
