Since 1984, City of Hope has operated an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program. The ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency trains pharmacists to be well prepared for patient care, academia, industry or PGY2 residency. The ASHP-accredited PGY2 hematology/oncology residency offers clinical training in the pharmaceutical aspects of hematology, medical oncology and stem cell transplant to candidates interested in expanding their knowledge in this specialty.
