The following may apply CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) Category 1 credit for license renewal:
Registered Nurses: Nurses may report AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for Track 1 Track 2 toward the continuing education requirements for license renewal by their state Board of Registered Nurses (BRN). Credit hours TBD CME may be noted on the license renewal application in lieu of a BRN provider number.
Physician Assistants: The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants states that AMA accredited Category 1 courses are acceptable for CME requirements for recertification. They may report AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for Track 1 or Track 2 Credit hours TBD.
Genetic Counselor CEUs: The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) offers CEUs for the activity Intensive Course in Cancer Risk Assessment - Track 1 or Track 2 Credit hours TBD.
The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor certification and recertification.
