Join us for a holiday concert featuring artists from the L.A. Opera. Please feel free to bring your lunch. Light refreshments will be served. This concert will be broadcast live on patient room televisions. To watch, tune to Channel 39. EVENT FAQ: When should I arrive? It’s a good idea to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance. This will allow for plenty of time to park, find your way to Cooper Auditorium, and prepare yourself for the performance. Where do I park? Please park in the Flash parking lot at 2240 Buena Vista Street, Irwindale, CA 91706 located on the Southeast side of campus. There will be shuttle service to and from Cooper Auditorium every 10 minutes. Please see attached map and directions for your convenience. Also, we will have shuttle drop off and guest drop off open on Duarte Road in front of the walkway to Cooper Auditorium What time does the performance begin? Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. with the performance beginning at 12:00pm. Do I need tickets? There are no physical tickets needed for this event, however reservations are highly recommended. If we reach capacity for the event, those that RSVP will be seated first; 10mins to the start of performance we will open any remaining seats to our stand by guests. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. Can I bring my lunch? Please feel free to bring your lunch with you to enjoy during the performance. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. We will be serving light refreshments only (beverages). May I take photos or record the music? The use of any recording devices, including cameras, is not permitted inside Cooper Auditorium during this performance.
