A key group of industry executives motivated by a commitment to innovative medical research, quality patient care and City of Hope’s guiding humanitarian principals, founded City of Hope’s Chicago Construction and Real Estate Council in 1992. Having raised over $12 million over their 23 year history, the dedicated volunteers of the Council are committed to saving the lives of cancer and diabetes patients while also brining hope to loved ones and caregivers.
The Spirit of Life Award Dinner is the center of the Council’s annual fundraising activities. Today, ancillary industry events are held through the Real Estate Action Committee’s REACH Social at House of Blues and City of Hope’s Future Leaders Board. All events provide a friendly and festive environment for colleagues and competitors alike to network, have fun and support a great cause.
