Victor J. Coleman is chairman and CEO of Hudson Pacific Properties Inc., the West Coast’s premier office REIT focused on acquiring, repositioning, developing and operating high-quality office and state-of-the-art media and entertainment properties. Mr. Coleman took Hudson public in 2010 and in under five years strategically assembled an exceptional portfolio of 53 properties totaling over 17 million square feet in high-growth, high-barrier-to entry markets throughout Northern and Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. Hudson is a leading provider of design-forward, next-generation workspaces for Fortune 500 and established growth companies, and one of Hollywood’s largest landowners with more than 2 million square feet of existing and developable office and media and entertainment space, including two landmark assets – Sunset Gower and Sunset Bronson Studios.
Mr. Coleman is an active community leader, and on the founding board of directors for the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at UCLA, the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and the Los Angeles Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization and the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the University of California, Los Angeles’ (UCLA) Anderson School. He is a Trustee on the board of directors for Kite Realty Group, and has served as a director for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett Inc.
Mr. Coleman holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
