Adult Volunteer Requirements

Over the age of 18

Minimum 6-month commitment or 100 hours (one four-hour shift per week)

Must be able to complete the following onboarding steps within a set timeline:

Virtual Interview

Verify Identity by Completing a background check

Clear Employee Health Services (Two-step TB skin test and verification of State/Federal & City of Hope Required Immunizations)

Complete Orientation Modules
-
Attend In-Person - Volunteer Tour & Badging

Able to perform assignment responsibilities

Agree to all Infection Prevention Polices, Procedures, and other safety guidelines

High School Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 15 - 17 upon application
