After completing his undergraduate studies at UCI, Keith pursued a biotechnology master’s degree at USC in hopes of joining the industry and making an impact in the biomedical field. While he was able to gain valuable experience from his courses, Keith wanted to continue building up his repertoire of skills in the lab. Since joining the Dr. Jianjun Chen lab at City of Hope, he has been able to practice various molecular biology wet lab skills and cell culture work. Keith is currently dedicating his focus to contributing to projects in the Chen lab that will help advance cancer studies and treatment.
