Currently, Morris is system senior vice president and chief communications officer at City of Hope®, overseeing the strategy and implementation of all the organization’s messaging and communications. She also serves as the communications adviser to the CEO and executive team, helping to effectively articulate the organization’s vision and long-term goals for the future of cancer care.
Before her current role, Morris led global communications at the NSA, serving as chief strategic communications and senior executive advisor, where she spearheaded a strategy to enhance public trust. From 2018 to 2023, she was VP of marketing and communications for City of Hope Orange County, driving successful branding initiatives that significantly boosted awareness in a competitive market. Prior to that, she led external communications for Providence, overseeing complex messaging for a multi-state merger and acquisition.
Morris has been widely recognized for her expertise and leadership in the communications field. She was twice named among the Top Women in Communications and repeatedly earned accolades for innovative campaigns and exceptional strategic programs.
Morris holds a master's degree in marketing from the University of La Verne.
