To that end, we endeavor to complete your case as quickly as possible while maintaining our high quality standards.

 

For your convenience, we will bill third party payers. Simply complete the insurance information on the requisition form. In the absence of complete third party information, the referring pathologist or facility will be billed.

 

Unfortunately, due to Medicare regulations, we are not able to bill a third party payer if the patient is an inpatient at the referring facility. In this case, the referring institution will be billed. However, we do offer contract prices for these cases at highly competitive rates.
