Frequently Asked Questions About Tests and Pricing

Can I get tested for COVID-19 at City of Hope?
Basic Text Field

Diagnostic testing (we don't offer antibody testing) for COVID-19 is done on a patient-by-patient basis based on the entire clinical picture and in consultation with our infectious disease specialists. For example, patients are tested for COVID-19 prior to hospital admittance, surgery, most procedures and enrollment in clinical trials.

If you are a patient and you develop symptoms of COVID-19 (such as fever, a new cough, fatigue and shortness of breath), please do not come directly to City of Hope. First, call your City of Hope oncologist (800-826-4673) for instructions.

We are unable to provide testing for COVID-19 for anyone other than our patients.

Is COVID-19 testing only available at the main campus?
Basic Text Field
