The two Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction1 charts below demonstrate the positive experiences that our patients have at City of Hope. Our inpatient satisfaction is significantly higher than the national average. Our outpatient satisfaction also exceeds the national average when compared with the other cancer centers surveyed.2
Honored for putting the patient first
- The Guardian of Excellence Award honors hospitals that have reached the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction
- The Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Patient Experience is presented to hospitals who have consistently maintained high levels of excellence over three years, and City of Hope is one of just 29 institutions nationwide to achieve this accolade.
