Chatchada Karanes, M.D. specializes in stem cell transplantation with an emphasis on the use of umbilical cord blood transplants to treat a growing number of blood cancers. Dr. Karanes heads our Cord Blood Transplant Program, a post she's held since joining City of Hope in 2005.
