Ernest Han, M.D., Ph.D., is a gynecological oncologist with specialized training in minimally-invasive and robotic-assisted surgery, which allows operations to be performed with smaller incisions, reducing scarring, pain and recovery time. 
 
Dr. Han has also co-authored several papers on drug therapy treatments for ovarian cancer, alone and in conjunction with surgery.
 
Dr. Han received his medical and doctoral degrees at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, followed by a residency at Brown University’s Women and Infants Hospital and a gynecologic oncology fellowship at the University of California Irvine Medical Center.
