Dr. Chaiken is well-versed in all forms of radiation treatment and specializes in breast, prostate, central nervous system, head and neck, and gynecologic cancers.

Harvard-educated and a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Dr. Chaiken received her medical degree and subsequent training at UCLA.

Dr. Chaiken is an active volunteer and public speaker with previous leadership roles in the Bay Surgical Society, American Cancer Society and the Women of Color Breast Cancer Support Group. She is past president of the Southern California Radiation Oncology Society and currently chairs the Cancer Committee and Breast Tumor Board at Providence Saint John’s Health Center.
