S3 Cell Sorter

The S3 cell sorter (Bio-Rad) has two colinear lasers (488nm and 561nm) with four fluorescent detectors. This sorter has the capacity to sort two simultaneous populations into tubes. Temperature control of sample and sorted material is available. The system is contained in a Class 1 Bio-Bubble. Self-operation is allowed for trained users only.
