With our new, nearly 17,000 square-foot space designed for patient convenience, comfort and healing, you’ll immediately feel the lifesaving difference with our cancer focused expertise. As our second-largest outpatient facility in the region, our Seacliff location enables us to provide our patients with a broader range of services closer to home. If you wish to receive treatment at City of Hope, but we're not currently contracted with your insurance plan, contact your insurance company and ask about obtaining authorization to receive treatment here.

Luke Chen, M.D., is a medical oncologist and hematologist at City of Hope's Huntington Beach and Irvine Sand Canyon locations. Dr. Chen’s research has explored ways to improve treatment for prostate cancer and other malignancies.
Joshua G. Cohen, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist dedicated to offering his patients in Orange County empathy and excellence in clinical care.
Sudarsan Vishnu Kollimuttathuillam, M.D., is a medical oncologist and hematologist at City of Hope's Huntington Beach and Irvine Sand Canyon locations. Dr. Kollimuttathuillan places a priority on offering his patients access to innovative treatments and clinical trial options.
Tiffany Loh, M.D., strives to address patients’ concerns in a caring, compassionate way. She knows that every patient is a unique individual, so she puts a priority on listening carefully and working with patients to ensure that their needs are met.
