City of Hope cares for patients from prevention through survivorship by pairing our expertise in numerous cancers and conditions with world-class technologies and services.
While some patients will be referred to City of Hope’s main campus in Duarte, many can be treated at our Newport Beach location in Orange County, where patients have access to the leading therapies that are now available for breast cancer care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal, biologic, and targeted therapies.
City of Hope’s signature infusion therapy program for a wide variety of non-oncology conditions. Our long history of delivering complex IV- and injection-based treatments means we are uniquely equipped to offer non-oncology infusion options safely and effectively, supported by our patient-centered approach to care.
Recognizing that many types of cancer require specialists with highly focused knowledge, City of Hope Newport Beach offers a roster of physicians who possess unique cancer expertise. The specialty team includes an internationally recognized researcher in multiple myeloma treatment, a pioneer in kidney and bladder cancer, one of the country’s leading experts and researchers on colorectal cancer, a surgeon focusing exclusively on breast surgery and aesthetic reconstruction, and a national thought leader in cancer patient education and prevention.
City of Hope Newport Beach also offers an innovative Precision Prevention and Early Detection Program designed to inform individuals and families of their risk factors based on state-of-the-art technologies.
The infusion center provides relaxing views of the Pacific Ocean, green landscapes and California sunlight. Designed with warm natural wood and organic stone accents, the center features 17 outward-facing patient bays (two are semi-private), heated blankets, cozy soft loungers, dimming lights, complimentary beverages and snacks, free Wi-Fi, and the use of iPads and headphones to ensure patient comfort. Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, intraperitoneal chemotherapy, hydration, IVIG, IV Iron and IV antibiotics are all available in the center.
Our medical oncology program includes the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant tumors, as well as a variety of blood disorders. Patients have access to the latest advances in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and pain and symptom management, including hormonal, biologic and targeted therapies to ensure optimal outcomes across a broad spectrum of diagnoses.
For the first time, Orange County residents have local access to City of Hope’s world-renowned physicians, who are backed by the powerful City of Hope clinical network.
