City of Hope Orange County understands the importance of connecting and building relationships with local providers. Our team is here to enhance relationships with our community physician partners and help deliver the highest quality cancer care to your patients. Together we will:

• Work in close collaboration with the referring physician, their staff, and City of Hope’s centralized scheduling team.
• Answer physician questions about service offerings and facilities, and how to access our cancer treatment experts.
• Share City of Hope processes for patient intake, scheduling, and post-appointment follow-up.
