Cancer Solutions is a City of Hope program that offers guided access to world-class cancer care for members at employers, labor unions and public sectors.
City of Hope is a national network of cancer treatment facilities. Our main campus is located in Duarte, California. There are additional City of Hope centers in Atlanta, Chicago, Irvine, and Phoenix.
Guided access means that when your members contact City of Hope, they will have a dedicated intake team that collects medical records and coordinates appointments to ensure speed to care, as well as a designated navigator who provides virtual and in-person support, from answering program questions to connecting them to the right clinical resources.

There is no additional cost for you and your members beyond standard copays and deductibles. Any medical care provided by City of Hope will be subject to the standard out-of-pocket costs (such as copays, deductibles and coinsurance) of the patient's medical plan.
Our hospitals are in-network under most medical plans. Cancer Solutions' dedicated navigators will collect patient insurance information and confirm whether their insurance plan is accepted.
With City of Hope Cancer Solutions, members can:
- Schedule an initial appointment at City of Hope
- Talk to an oncology clinician or nurse navigator about their concerns while waiting for the appointment
- Discuss with a personal care navigator to receive support, logistical assistance and introductions to members of the patient’s clinical team
- Request remote second opinions for those who are willing to travel to COH for care
- Access to customized in-person and virtual educational events
For our organization HR and benefits partners:
- You will have a designated account manager to coordinate any events and logistics related to your members’ cancer care and risks.
- You will receive monthly educational and marketing content to distribute to your members.
- In Southern California, you can schedule a mobile screening unit to visit your offices to screen eligible members for cancer. You can also work with your account manager to organize in-person and online events to promote cancer screening, blood drive and charity initiatives.
Yes. City of Hope provides a comprehensive cancer risk assessment that considers family history, genetics, environment, and other factors. Following this assessment, members can meet with a genetic counselor to receive personalized steps to lower their cancer risk.
