Rotations offered for residents/fellows include:
- Endocrinology
- Gynecologic Oncology
- Hematology/Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HCT)
- Hereditary Gastrointestinal Cancer Genetics
- Supportive Care
- Infectious Diseases
- Medical Oncology
- Surgical Oncology
- Dermatology
- Reconstructive Microsurgery
Application Information
All residents and fellows who wish to apply for a rotation at City of Hope's Duarte main campus must be in a California ACGME training program and submit their completed application packet to the rotation administrator for the desired rotation.
Check with your home program coordinator to see if a current agreement for the rotation is in place before submitting the application.
Requirements:
- GME rotator application
- Verification of good standing with approval of rotation requested from background check
- Photograph (JPEG format)
- Completed disclosure and authorization form to conduct background
- Immunization records which include current two TB tests, documented two varicella, three hepatitis B, two MMR immunizations and most recent Tdap
- Verification of malpractice insurance from sponsoring institution
- Copies of:
- Curriculum vitae
- California medical license or valid PTL
- DEA certification
- ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
- Medical school diploma
- State-issued driver’s license or identification card
Failure to submit all application materials to the rotation administrator by the 60-day deadline or failure to provide any of the required information may result in a delay of your start date.
