Guide for Visiting Duarte Campus

If you have an upcoming appointment at the main campus in Duarte, California, please review the following information to help you navigate and prepare for our COVID-19 safety measures, including our screening and nonpatient visitor policy.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, have symptoms or are waiting for test results, please do not come to your appointment in person. Call 844-961-4673 for guidance on next steps.

 Directions and Parking

Due to ongoing construction, there have been significant parking and road changes. To improve your experience, we encourage planning your trip ahead of time, referencing the following maps and FAQs.

For Amini Center and Outpatient Imaging Center

Beginning Monday, March 7, 2022, all patients and blood donors visiting the Amini Center (Ambulatory Surgery Center, Apheresis Treatment Center and Blood Donor Center) should enter campus via Duarte Road and Circle Road and proceed to the new Parking Structure A.

Nonpatient Visitor Policy

The policy varies depending on the type of care you receive and whether you are an inpatient or outpatient.
 

Please note: Any person who has been approved by City of Hope to visit a hospitalized patient or accompany a patient to their outpatient appointment must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within the prior 72 hours of each visit.

Smoking Policy

City of Hope is a smoke free campus, and smoking is prohibited inside and outside of our buildings.

Please note: The possession of marijuana in any form is prohibited at our main campus in Duarte, California, and all City of Hope satellite locations. Although the state of California has legalized possession of limited amounts of marijuana for recreational use, it remains illegal to possess marijuana under federal law. City of Hope is obligated to comply with federal law. Your cooperation in helping us remain compliant with federal law is appreciated.
