Our West Hills Radiation Oncology location has earned APEx accreditation, the highest level of certification offered by the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).
The radiation oncology programs at City of Hope are some of the largest and most experienced in Southern California. We offer a comprehensive set of specialized services and advanced technologies, planned and provided by our uniquely trained staff, for a broad range of cancer diagnoses.
Our team is trained in the latest advances in radiation oncology and may use one of the following therapies to treat your cancer:
- 3-D conformal radiation therapy
- Electron
- Image-guided radiation therapy
- Intensity modulated radiation therapy
- Respiratory gating
- Stereotactic body radiation therapy
- Stereotactic radiosurgery
Our West Hills location also offers low-dose radiation therapy (LD-RT) for musculoskeletal conditions. LD-RT is a safe and non-invasive treatment to help patients with conditions such as osteoarthritis manage pain and maintain their quality of life.
