Hope Virtual

Meet with your health care team from the convenience of home

Hope Virtual is a telehealth platform, accessed through your MyCityofHope account, that allows you to connect with members of your health care team at City of Hope through video on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Though not appropriate for all medical visits, Hope Virtual allows you to see your provider from home or wherever is most convenient for you, instead of having to drive to one of our facilities to receive care.

Benefits of a Hope Virtual

Hope Virtual appointments through MyCityofHope offer many of the same benefits as an in-person visit, while saving travel time, limiting in-person contact, and making it easier to continue and coordinate your care.

Having a televisit means saving travel time, avoiding germs and ensuring a safe social distance from others.

Private and Secure

Just like an in-person visit, Hope Virtual is designed to be private, secure and HIPAA-compliant to safely and confidently connect you with your health care team online.

Televisits can be scheduled at a convenient time for you, based on your schedule, reducing both travel and wait times.

Request A Hope Virtual Appointment

Schedule a televisit appointment today to video chat with your doctor and our team will evaluate your eligibility or determine if you need an in-person appointment. Please note: Access to telehealth services depends on the rules of the state you're located in during your appointment.
