Located at the foot of the majestic San Gabriel Mountains, City of Hope® Upland is a provider-based facility of City of Hope National Medical Center, a general acute care hospital, that expands access to City of Hope's unparalleled cancer care to the local community. Our skilled staff of doctors and nurse practitioners specialize in medical oncology and hematology, and we offer consultations for all cancers.
We are dedicated to creating a positive and healing environment in our expanded location, which features a light and bright infusion room painted in soothing natural colors. Our treatment room features large and comfortable heated chairs, heated blankets, a nutrition center with free beverages and snacks, complimentary iPads with headphones and free guest Wi-Fi, all contributing to making our patients' time here for treatment as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you wish to receive treatment at a City of Hope location or with a City of Hope physician but we are not currently contracted with your insurance plan, contact your insurance company and ask about obtaining authorization to receive treatment here. Every medical situation - and every insurance plan - is different, and there is no guarantee that coverage can be secured. The accessible location of City of Hope’s Upland site puts our patients within easy reach of an urgent care facility and laboratory services, offering convenience when traveling between appointments. City of Hope physicians are on-site to administer radiation oncology services to our patients. Upland patients have the opportunity to participate in City of Hope's groundbreaking clinical trials, involving new drugs and leading-edge treatments before they are widely available.
