We recognize that each patient’s medical situation and insurance plan are different. Although there is no guarantee of coverage, you should ask your health insurance company to review your request with City of Hope. Even if your plan does not cover care at City of Hope, you still can ask your insurance company to authorize treatment here.

While we welcome your questions, please directly speak to your insurance company about your specific coverage. You can usually find a contact telephone number on your insurance card or in your benefits book.
