How to Refer a Patient
We will work with your patient to complete the registration process and to schedule an appointment at the patient's convenience. You will be notified once the appointment is scheduled, and we will continue to work with you and your office to coordinate care during and after the patient's treatment at City of Hope Orange County.

Joshua G. Cohen, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist dedicated to offering his patients in Orange County empathy and excellence in clinical care.
Jamie Fertal, D.O., is a noted specialist in palliative medicine for cancer patients. She focuses on therapies that improve the quality of life at any stage of the patient's cancer journey.
Stacy W. Gray, M.D., is deputy director of the Center for Precision Medicine and professor and chief of the Division of Clinical Cancer Genomics within the Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research, and a secondary appointment in the Department of Population Sciences.
