Southwest Food Industries Circle

Since 1992, the Southwest Food Industry Circle (SWFIC) has united leading retailers, brokers, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies in a shared commitment to support City of Hope’s lifesaving mission and humanitarian efforts. Through their generosity, leadership, and collaboration of its members, SWFIC has grown into one of the region’s premier fundraising groups, raising more than $15 million in support of City of Hope.

At the heart of SWFIC is a powerful partnership between business and philanthropy, bringing together food industry leaders who leverage their collective expertise, relationships, and resources to make a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Each year, SWFIC hosts two signature fundraising events in Arizona: Taste of Hope, held in the spring, and the Spirit of Hope Golf Tournament, held in September. These events bring the food industry community together in support of City of Hope’s mission to not only transform the future of cancer care and advance lifesaving research, but to provide food to cancer patients and their families.

Through more than three decades of partnership, SWFIC continues to demonstrate the extraordinary impact that can be achieved when industry leadership and philanthropy unite for a greater purpose.
