Making an appointment to be seen at City of Hope Phoenix in less than 72 takes two simple steps:

Call to (888) 479-1751. We’ll verify your insurance, have a nurse navigator review your case and schedule your next appointment.

Visit via telehealth. Within three days of your initial call, you’ll visit remotely with a physician who will identify the experts you’ll see during your in-person appointment.

City of Hope Phoenix will also gather your medical records, including reports from your oncologist, pathologist and any scans or diagnostic images.
