Thomas (Tom) Grable is the division president for Tri Pointe Homes Orange County-Los Angeles. He is responsible for successfully planning and implementing profitable and quality new home communities. He honed his industry expertise in various roles with William Lyon Homes, Inc. Watt Homes, Inc. and Beazer Homes, Inc. in California.
He has served the Building Industry Association of Southern California’s Board of Directors since 2006 as a board member and has held leadership positions with the Saddleback Valley YMCA.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and has completed various professional certificate programs at the University of California.
