“I am passionate about helping youth reach their highest potential and live their best lives.”
Vincent Chan, M.D.’s love for humanity — especially children — is evident in everything he does, both as a physician and human being.
He’s led and participated in Global Health in China and young people’s missions in Mexico, worked with youth in Turkey on social justice issues, treated orphanage patients in El Salvador, mentored and coached underserved kids in Los Angeles, and tended to the homeless at free clinics in West Hollywood and Venice, California.
As a pediatrician, Dr. Chan focuses his research on improving quality of life and lessening the pain of chronically ill children.
Dr. Chan received his medical degree from UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at UCLA’s Pediatric Training Program.
Dr. Chan is also a trained pianist and choral singer who uses his musical skills — and his rich baritone — in a wide variety of community performances.
