The Conrad N. Hilton and City of Hope Program for Healthy Lifestyles will teach you how to manage a chronic condition through a six-week program developed by researchers at Stanford University.
Virtual classes will meet:
Monday | 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday | 3 to 5:30 P.M.
Thursday | 3 to 5:30 p.m.
