Summertime
We enjoyed good friends and good food at a member's citrus grove in Moorpark. We had a wonderful guest speaker, Mark LaBarge, and everyone went home with a bag filled with fresh produce.
Day at the Races - Santa Anita
Fabulous event held in the Director's Room at the Santa Anita Racetrack. An excellent lunch was served and a special guest speaker, Dr. Richard Lee, Director of Supportive & Integrative Medicine Department, gave a engaging presentation about the Supportive Care program at City of Hope.
Harbor Cruise
A wonderful summer cruise around Marina Del Rey. A magnificent evening with dinner served on the water. Following dinner, there
was a fun karaoke session where we discovered many secret performers in the Board of Governors.
LACMA & Cocktails at Ray’s
A wonderful event that allowed the guests to view the different exhibits at the LA County Museum of Art. After the guests took a tour
of the museum, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were served at Ray’s and Stark Bar.
