Holiday Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Yield: 7 servings (Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.)

  •     12 oz. jar water packed roasted red peppers, drained
  •     2 Tbsp. fresh-chopped parsley
  •     2 peeled garlic cloves
  •     2 Tbsp. capers, drained


Directions:

  1. Place roasted red peppers, parsley and garlic into blender.
  2. Blend to a moderately smooth consistency.
  3. Fold in capers.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables or melba rounds.
