How do I consult with a City of Hope physician regarding a potential patient?

After compiling the patient’s medical information, a counselor will determine the best City of Hope specialist to help. This expert will contact you to discuss treatment options, including clinical trial opportunities.
 
 

How do I refer a patient?

How can I monitor my patient’s care at City of Hope?

Your patient must provide consent before we can release any medical information. We offer dictations of clinical services and treatments to keep you informed of your patient’s care. You can access this information through EpicCare. You may also call 626-256-4673 to be put in contact with the treating physician’s office.
 
 

What health plans do you accept?

We accept most major health plans for hospital and physician services. To see a list of contracted plans, visit medical insurance we accept. We also accept Medicare, Medi-Cal and TRICARE (formerly known as the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services, or CHAMPUS).

How do I find a clinical trial for my patient?

We enroll thousands of patients into clinical trials every year and offer trials not found elsewhere. We use these trials to explore a wide range of novel therapies to detect, manage and treat disease.
 
 
 

How can I contract for services with City of Hope?

What is the difference between the City of Hope National Medical Center and the City of Hope Medical Foundation?

The City of Hope National Medical Center contracts for hospital and technical services. The City of Hope Medical Foundation only contracts for professional services.
