Laurie Sicaeros, president of City of Hope® Arizona, leads the organization’s growth and expansion of comprehensive cancer services statewide. As the region's senior executive leader, she oversees hospital and ambulatory operations, strategic planning, clinical growth, patient experience, quality, operational performance and community outreach.
Sicaeros, a nationally recognized health care executive, has more than 25 years of leadership experience, driving innovation, strategic growth, physician partnerships and operational excellence during her distinguished career.
Before coming to City of Hope, she served as chief strategy officer for MemorialCare Medical Group and was chief operating officer of MemorialCare Medical Foundation.
Sicaeros holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Long Beach. She has been recognized nationally as one of Becker's Hospital Review's Top 50 Chief Strategy Officers and has received honors including the Los Angeles Times' OC Visionary in Healthcare and the California State Assembly's Woman of Distinction award.
